Our noise barriers for placement alongside railways are dimensioned according to TRVINFRA / TDOK and Eurocode. The screens are dimensioned for aerodynamic fatigue loads from passing trains and are manufactured according to EN 1090-2 in performance class 3 (EXC3). We perform advanced dynamic FE analyses to check the resonance of the screen.

Transparent noise barrier made of PC (Polycarbonate). Can be combined with environmental screens and customised. Contact NRS for more information.
Our transparent screens are provided with patterns or lines to reduce the risk of birds flying into the screen. Different types of patterns and lines are available, contact NRS for more information.
To extend the life of the polycarbonate screen, the screen can be provided with a protective coating.
